We will continually improve its effectiveness, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 at a minimum and AS9120B:2016 for supplies in need to meet the Aerospace Standard Requirements.

Michel Gloaguen
Michel has an Engineer’s Degree in Purchasing of Electronic Components from the University of Bordeaux, France. He also has a Master’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering as well as Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
He has been in the Electronic Industry for 26 years, including 25 years sourcing for Domestic & International Governmental Agencies along with working for Industries ranging from Computer to Military & Aerospace.
He brought his knowledge and experience based on previous missions in Sourcing, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics and Maintenance Departments of multi-national Companies such as HONEYWELL, SIEMENS, PHILIPS, ALCATEL-LUCENT and THALES GROUP.
Following a 18 month Military Expat for DASSAULT Group and with the help of THALES Microelectronics, Michel has set an example in Quality Control System and Traceability in the Industry.

John F. Graham
John has a Mechanical Engineering Degree as well as an Executive MBA. His career experience includes engineering in the Oil and Petrochemical Industries and executive management in manufacturing.
John Graham is the author of The Magic of ISO 9000 published by ASQ along with two other books on productivity available on AMAZON.
As the President of Frontline Resources, Inc. for over 25 years, he has guided the implementation of numerous ISO 9001 certifications across North America. He is an Exemplar Global Principal Auditor and has implemented numerous ISO 9001 quality management systems over the last 23 years.
John F. Graham is currently President of Frontline Resources, Inc. (houstoniso9000.com), in Houston, Texas, where he and colleagues have guided many companies through the ISO 9001 implementation process, as well as other standards built on the ISO 9001 platform (ISO 14000, 45000, etc.).

Safi A. Qudsi
Safi is an Aeronautical Engineer (BE Aerospace) with a masters in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration. He has 35+ years of field and QA experience, including 22 years of successful managerial experience in rebuild/repair, manufacturing & Quality Assurance in aircraft/jet engine maintenance & development. He has worked as Chief Engineer at an aircraft and engine overhaul & rebuild facility and has also been the Director of an Aviation Research and Development Organization.
Safi is an IRCA certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, RAB-QSA Certified AS9100, AS9110 & AS9120 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM) & Quality Auditor (CQA). Safi has certifications in various technical fields including advance materials, microstructure analysis, atomic spectroscopy, radiography, etc. He also has solid experience of planning, implementing, auditing and training QMS in aerospace and other industries.
