It is the policy of BREIZ’ELEC, INC. to fully comply with all laws and regulations, including requirements governing the exports of its products, services, software, and technical data. No transactions are to be conducted by or on behalf of BREIZ’ELEC, INC. contrary to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Customer will abide by all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations for any products purchased from BREIZ ELEC and will obtain any licenses or prior approvals required by the U.S. Government prior to export or re-export of U.S. supplied products, software or technology. Furthermore, Customer acknowledge that any product purchased from BREIZ will not be sold, transfered, exported or re-exported for use in development, production, use or stockpiling of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or missiles, nor use any of these products in any facilities which are engaged in activities related to such weapons without the authorization by the United States Government (744.6).
